These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Podstruct Studio website and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refunds for self-paced courses are available within 14 days if less than 20% of the course is completed. Cohort courses may have different policies disclosed at purchase.

5. License and access

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use during the access window stated at purchase.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell, or redistribute course materials without permission.
• Do not engage in scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized data collection.
• Do not upload or share unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, trademarks, and the Podstruct Studio brand are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about audience or revenue outcomes. Educational results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Podstruct Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue lies in courts located in New York County, New York.
